CHARACTERISTICS
Seals the roughness of substrate and forms a smooth surface. It takes its first setting within 3 hours. Provides strong ground with its high adhesion. Provides an appropriate basis in balance before coating with carpet, flooring, epoxy, ceramic, PVC, etc. Applied to thickness between 3-30 mm.

UYGULAMA
SURFACE PREPARING The surface must be strong and dry. In every case, the surface must be cleaned from dust, oil and paint. Old surfaces must be repairs with appropriate Entegre product before application. Before the application, Primel SL (Primer) must be used. When primer gets dry, FLOORSER® 3-30 mm is applied. MORTAR PREPARING AND APPLICATION FLOORSER® is mixed by hand or preferably with an electrical drill (5,5-6 lt water/ 25 kg bag) for 3-5 minutes. Should be waited for 4-5 minutes and then mixed again for 1 minute. After, fuild mixture laid on the surface. Bubbles should be removed by a spiked roller. If there is more than 24 hours between the two coats, primer should be applied on the first coat again.

Uyarılar
• No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum etc..) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Do not use mortar which is out of date with water and dry mortar.
• For the durability of plaster, in 3 days after the application, depending on weather conditions the surface must be dampened at intervals.
• Suggested that the application is done between +5°C, +35°C.
• For the floor heating system, the system should be stopped before the application. • For bigger areas, dilatation joint is suggested • FLOORSER® 3-30mm should be protected against quick drying in windy weather conditions.
• Do not apply on frozen surfaces.
• It should not be applied under sun.
• Don’t go beyond the application field and rules.
• As it is cement based product, do not smell it directly. Wash your eyes in case of contact. Call your doctor if it is necessary.
