FiNEL®Cement-Based Final Coat Plaster

APPLICATION FIELD

Used for obtaining a final coat surface on concrete surfaces and polished surfaces on the interior faces of the buildings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Allows breathing of the surfaces.
  • Provides a smooth surface on the final coat.
  • It has a white colour.
  • It has polymer additives.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION  

  • The surface of application willl always be free of materials such as form oil, dust, paint, etc.
  • Moving parts with low adherence should be moved away from the surface.
  • You can advance to application after dampening the surface.
  • Precautions against dusting should be taken on plastered surfaces.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR  

  • A proper amount of water will be put inside the mixing vessel (9-9,5 l water/25 kg bag).
  • Powder material will be added and stirred with hand mixer.
  • After resting for 5 minutes, the plaster should be stirred until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
  • The mortar prepared should be applied with a steel trowel.
  • Application thickness should be 2-3 mm.
  • It should be applied as two coats for thicker applications and the second coat should be applied when the first coat is set adequately.

1.2 kg/m² for 1 mm of thickness

RECOMMENDATION

  • No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
  • Plaster should not be used again by mixing with water or dry plaster if its application time has expired.
  • FINEL® IÇ will be applied at least 7 days later than the application of the plaster.
  • We recommend the application to be performed between +5°C and +35°C.
  • FINEL® IÇ will be protected against quick drying under windy weather conditions.
  • It should not be applied on frozen surfaces.
  • Do not apply under direct sunlight.
  • Do not go beyond the application field and the rules.
  • Do not inhale it directly. Wash your eyes with plenty of water in case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention if required.
