SIVAMATiK PLUSCement-Based Light Machine Plaster

APPLICATION FIELD

  • Applied on  brick, aerated concrete, concrete, fair faced concrete, pumice concrete, briquette walls on the interior and exterior faces of the buildings.
  • It can be used for architectural work due to the capability of the plaster to be processed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Suitable for thick applications, too. (Maximum 10 cm) 
  • Capable to be processed, formed. 
  • Provides a strong surface with high adhesive resistance and strength.
  • It can be easily and rapidly applied with a machine. 
  • More resistant to water (hydrophobic) than a conventional plaster. 
  • Lighter than the normal rough and fine plasters.
  • Offers high resistance against crack formation.
  • Allows ease of application and working with low loss rate thanks to its special additives.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION  

  • The surface of application will always be free of form oil, dust, paint and materials that reduce adherence.
  • Repair of the cracks and holes should be made with the same material or using appropriate Entegre Repair Mortars before application.
  • Application surface should be dampened with water, if required.
  • Pre-coating should be performed using PRIMEL PLUS® on all surfaces 1 day before the application.
  • You can advance to application as soon as the surface is cured.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR  

  • SIVAMATİK PLUS will be mixed  (10-11 l water/25 kg bag) and sprayed to the surface with ready-mix plaster mixer and sprayer.
  • Application thickness should be between 1 cm and 10 cm in one coat.
  • Surface must be levelled.
  • The surface of the plaster should be polished when the plaster becomes hard enough and the surface shall be finished with a damp sponge. 
  • If the surface should be formed, you may start the operation 2 hours after the application.

Approx. 10,0 kg/m2 for 1 cm of plaster thickness

TS EN 998-1/ July 2011  Complies with A1-GP-CS II-W0 Class.

RECOMMENDATION

  • No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared plaster.
  • We recommend the application to be performed between +5°C and +35°C.
  • SIVAMATİK PLUS will be protected against quick drying under windy weather conditions.
  • Fiberglass meshs or special meshs for the application field should be used on the joining areas of different materials and on the points that may be considered to be moving.
  • You shall wait at least 10 days for the application be performed on the SIVAMATİK PLUS depending on the ambient temperature.
  • Surface shall be watered in specific intervals within 3 days after the application to ensure its strength.
  • Do not go beyond the application surface and the rules.
  • Do not inhale it directly. Wash your eyes with plenty of water in case of contact with eyes, seek medical attention if required.
