APPLICATION FIELD

Used under render on exterior façades for thermal and sound insulation and fire safety.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Does not promote bacterial or microbial growth.
  • Contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions and offers an environmentally friendly solution.
  • Water-repellent due to its saturated structure. It does not allow vapor to accumulate within the material.
  • 1000 C sıcaklığı kadar dirençlidir, yangının yayılmasını engeller.
  • Elyafları sayesinde ses ve gürültüyü engeller.

APPLICATION

  • The adhesive mortar is prepared before application.
  • The materials to be used are positioned with the and of a level and a special string line.
  • The prepared adhesive mortar is applied in dabs to the back of the board.
  • Depending on the façade surface to which the board will be bonded, the adhesive may also be applied at different points.
  • The boards with adhesive mortar applied are bonded one above another and side by side towards the base profile.

STORING

  • The products must be stored indoors. If the storage area is outdoors, the entire surface of the packages must be covered with a protective cover or tarpaulin.
  • Product packages must be protected from water, moisture and sunlight in the storage area.
  • Appropriate occupational safety clothing and equipment must be used to protect the skin, eyes and upper respiratory system during transport.
  • Product packages must not be placed in direct contact with the ground in the storage area and must be placed on at least one pallet.
  • Products must be covered with a tarpaulin during shipment.
  • No material that may damage the packaging or the product must be placed on top of the products.
  • Palletized products must not be shipped or stored stacked on top of one another.
  • Opened packaging must not be thrown away; it must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
