APPLICATION FIELD
Used for repairing cracked and worn concrete surfaces, beams, columns, foundations, retaining walls and step edges.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
The application surface must be cleaned of substances such as form oil and paint. Loose particles and materials with poor adhesion must be removed from the surface. Rust on metal components must be removed, and contact between the metal and mortar must be prevented using an anti-corrosion coating. Application may begin after the surface has been dampened.
Mortar Preparation and Application
Pour the appropriate amount of water (3,75-4,25 L water / 25 kg bag) into the mixing container. Add the powder and mix using a hand mixer.
Allow the mortar to rest for 5 minutes, then remix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Apply the prepared mortar at a thickness of 5-7 cm. If a greater thickness is required, ensure that the first coat has hardened before applying the second coat. For large-area applications, finish the surface using a finishing trowel.
CONSUMPTION
Approximately 17,0 kg/m² per 1 cm thickness.
RECOMMENDATION
· Do not add any foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) to the prepared mortar.
· Mortar that has exceeded its working time must not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
· To ensure the durability of the render, dampen the surface at regular intervals for 3 days after application, depending on weather conditions.
· Application is recommended at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
· In windy conditions, protect POWERFİX® against rapid drying.
· Do not apply to frozen surfaces.
· Do not apply under direct sunlight.
· Do not use outside the specified areas of application or contrary to the application instructions.
· Do not inhale directly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
