  • Used for plastering brick, aerated concrete, concrete, fair-faced concrete, pumice block, briquette wall and ceiling surfaces in interior spaces.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION  

  • The surface must be thoroughly cleaned of formwork oil, dust, paint and substances that reduce adhesion. Before application, cracks and holes must be repaired using suitable Entegre Repair Mortars. If necessary, the application surface should be dampened with water.

    On smooth fair-faced surfaces and concrete ceilings and walls, PRİMEL 600® is used as an adhesion-enhancing primer before application.

    Application is started after the surface has dried.

     

MORTAR PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

  • First, water is poured into the mixing container, then ALÇIPER® is added (16.5-17 L water/30 kg bag) and mixed until all lumps are eliminated. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then mix again to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The application thickness should be between 8 mm and 2.5 cm in a single coat. If the thickness exceeds 2.5 cm, a second coat with a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm is applied before the first coat sets.

    The prepared mortar is applied with a plastering shovel or trowel.

    The surface is then levelled with a screed.

    ALÇIPER® and SATENPER® are mixed and applied to the surface.

    To give the surface its final finish and prepare it for painting, after the surface has hardened, it is smoothed with a final coat of SATENPER®.

CONSUMPTION

Approx. 10,0 kg/m² for 1 cm plaster thickness.

PACKAGING

·       Supplied on pallets in 30 kg PP bags.

STORING

·       Store unopened in the original packaging in a dry, frost-free environment, stacked no more than 8 bags high. It is recommended to use within 6 months from the production date and within 1 week after opening the bag.

RECOMMENDATION

·       No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.

·       Application is recommended at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.

·       In windy conditions, ALÇIPER® must be protected against rapid drying.

·       Plaster mesh is recommended at junctions of different materials and at points where movement may occur.

·       Depending on the ambient temperature, ALÇIPER® must be allowed to cure for at least 10 days before subsequent applications are carried out over it.

·       Do not use outside the specified areas of application or contrary to the instructions for use.

·       Do not inhale directly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
