APPLICATION

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be thoroughly cleaned of form oil, dust, paint and any substances that may reduce adhesion.

Mortar Preparation and Application

MAHYA HARCI is mixed using a trowel or an electric mixer (6-6,5 L water / 25 kg bag).

During mortar preparation:

·       First pour the water into the container, then add MAHYA HARCI. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain.

·       Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then remix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

·       When positioning the ridge tiles along the roof ridge, bond them together at their interlocking sections using MAHYA HARCI.

·       Fill the sides of the ridge tiles completely with MAHYA HARCI, leaving no gaps.

·       After 1 hour, give the mortar its final shape using a damp sponge.

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 600 g per ridge tile.
